Strict regulations did not allow deferments, concessions, transmission errors, to ensure “survivability” of the future device. To win the competition, and a grant for 1.5 million dollars, managed the California scientist of enterprises Skywater/Skysource Alliance.
Their device Skywater machine proved when the 24-hour test that is capable of removing 2,000 gallons of water from the air per day for 2 cents per liter, using completely renewable energy.
